Dr. Penny D. Gauer, LCPC
My name is Dr. Penny Gauer, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have a Masters in Addiction Counseling and Professional Counseling with a Ph.D., In Behavioral Health Counseling. My goal is making sure my clients care comes first, your needs becomes my first priority.
Our team consists of highly skilled licensed professionals in the areas of depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, crisis intervention, children & adolescent therapy, group counseling, addictions therapy, couples counseling and relationship issues.
We offer tele healthcare and on site therapy. We want to hear from you, what are your concerns as well as what you’re going through? You can count on us day or night with our crisis intervention hot line 24 hours a day.

Program Director & Lead Counselor
Reine earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Anne Arundel Community College in May 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in May 2019. After a decade in Public Safety, she pursued a career change, obtaining an Associate degree in Addiction Counseling in May 2023 and an Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification in 2022. Combining her education and experience, Reine provides compassionate counseling with individualized plans, advocating for her clients. She empowers them with empathetic support to overcome challenges and achieve goals, specializing in Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Theory, and employing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy. Reine is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of adults aged 18 and up.

Charity earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020 and now graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
